ROLLER COMPACTED CONCRETE

Roller Compacted Concrete, (RCC). This is an alternative to Concrete that provides a cost effective option with high strength and durability of Concrete. It has the additional value of faster trafficking than Concrete. The process relies on import of graded aggregates that are laid and levelled, ahead of Cement incorporation.

Alternatively its batch mixed and laid by high compaction Paver. Optimum moisture and compaction are key elements to the success and the result is a pavement with the strength of Concrete, at a reduced cost and laid much faster.
